I am feeling extremely good
after a few years of practice of Yoga and meditation, though I was heard about
the benefits of Yoga and Meditation long
ago….Actually, my internal specialist advised me to follow the same for good
living at the earliest, that was the exact moment I have decided to pick up
Yoga and Meditation, One thing I
thoroughly understood that Yoga does not change things happening in our lives
but it transforms the person to assimilate the changes…..it teaches to let go of
things gracefully, things which are not meant for us ….while doing Pranayama we
inhale a lung full of fresh air along with the determination to accept the new
challenges, goodness, grace, love, kindness, and holding the breath as much as
possible….with an intention and desire to embrace all those goodness, ultimately breathing
out all those impurities like ego, lust, greed, jealousy, anger, pain, hurt,
fear, loneliness etc.. Wow! What a magical way of feeling good at ease! …..does not cost anything other than a few
precious minutes and willingness to follow disciplined life….the beauty of Yoga
and meditation is you will learn to accept every change in your life with wide
perception, you will see a positive aspect in even the worst of the worst situation,
you could experience the sense of well being, and serenity. In the end, we all
need tranquility in our lives.
