Prayer to Mother Earth

I respectfully bow down before Mother Earth,

I am a daughter of woods; I gracefully listen to the chirping of birds, the silence of the wilderness, the flow of streams, and the magical whisper of old trees.

I graciously watch the humbleness of living creatures that created  shelter place in the wild

I passionately embrace the coolness of breeze and freshness of the air

Kindness is goodness, and your goodness is magic.

Being spiritual means whispering to trees, laughing with flowers, falling in love with the sun set

I shall adore those five essential elements sun, earth, fire, space, and water as a sign of gratitude

My soul is tuned to the stillness, peace, and quietness of nature

Woodland is the place to get lost the cluster of mind and find inner peace

Mountains are my bones, stands strong and elevated

Rivers are my veins, flows with twists and turns

Forests are my thoughts, wild and dark

Oceans are my heart, vast and with waves of emotions

Let us learn character from trees, magnanimity from its shades, values from the root, and changes from its leaves.







Life lesson –


The lessons that we learned from schools will not help to resolve the issues in our lives, many times we don’t even apply them in our workplace, academic qualifications are essential to building a career, but that cannot teach us to run life smoothly.  I have learned a great lot from my Mom, I am proud to say that I am applying them in my daily life; it gives me immense pleasure and sense of confidence, therefore we all have great teachers in our homes itself.  We need not Google for each and every query; all we need to do it ask our elderly people at home, I am quite sure; they will have loads of answers for a query.   I had great opportunities to learn from my paternal as well as maternal grandparents, God was too kind to me in that way, but I still feel that my son had missed a great lot away from the motherland, his childhood was entirely different than mine, all he had fun during a month vacationing in India, and otherwise, life was custom-built.  I had a great childhood with lots of relatives, friends, and family, it gave us great opportunities to learn and shape our lives in a better manner.  I still feel that our lives are predestined, so finding what is missing and what not, is not a great idea.  Hence, I strongly believe that all our lives are programmed in such a way not to get squeeze the life out.










Good – living


Good living is a tool for mental and physical well-being.  It is essential to get the required hours of sleep, though it may differ from person to person.  Sleep deprivation is one of the brain-damaging habits, causes many illnesses like sleep disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, gradual memory loss, and depression.  A good night sleep can keep you energetic; keep your day productive without any mental exhaustion.  Never skip breakfast, missing out breakfast can damage the growth of brain cells; eat your breakfast like a King after twelve hours of complete rest, lunch and supper you can amend as you wish.   Pick up any one of the regular exercises and follow it sincerely, I think walking will be appropriate for all age groups, get more sunlight that will help you to boost your vitamin D, means heighten the level of your happy hormone, hang out more in the open and visit the places like sea or creek side, or garden to elevate your mood.  Practice mindful – living, avoid multi- tasking, do your duties best of your ability.  Money is precious, spend wisely, and always make sure that it is giving a helping hand during the rainy season.  Personal hygiene is very important, it can keep you away from most of the illnesses, keep meditation and Yoga as an essential activity in your daily routine.  Take every chance to update you with the current events, fun, creative, hobbies, and books, general and informative as well.  Spend good quality time with your family, be supportive, caring and kind, understand their concern, never put them off, and if possible inspire them.  Take good care of mental as well as physical health, avoid intake of white sugar, carbohydrate, and caffeine or reduce the quantity, drink plenty of water that can keep you fresh with glowing skin and it is the best toxin remover.  Spend your leisure hours more in a pleasing manner, do all those activities which make you alive.
